History: We began remodeling the restaurant in early May 2011. The
building was completely re-painted, new flooring, equipment, bathrooms
and kitchen installed. By opening day, we received an outstanding
report from the Health Department for the cleanliness of our facility.
All of our Texas Longhorn hamburger product is grown by us from our
own farm here in Pana. Before any of our hamburger product is served
in our restaurant, it's processed by T&L Locker Service (Stewardson,
Illinois) and thoroughly inspected by state officials. Furthermore, when
you eat one or 'our' hamburgers, you're eating a real 'steakburger' with
no by-products.
